BESITSOL stands behind eligible products under the warranty terms that apply to the specific product, series, and configuration purchased.
Warranty coverage varies by product series, component, and order configuration. Refer to the product page, order confirmation, or included documentation for the warranty term that applies to your awning.
What the Warranty Is Designed to Cover
Subject to the applicable product terms, warranty coverage is designed to address eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Covered components may vary by model and may include certain frame parts, arms, fabric, motor components, accessories, or hardware when listed in the applicable product documentation.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers are responsible for:
- Selecting a product suitable for the installation location
- Confirming measurements and mounting conditions before purchase
- Using qualified installation help when needed
- Installing the awning into a structurally sound surface
- Following all instructions, manuals, warnings, and maintenance guidance
- Retracting the awning during unsafe weather
- Inspecting the awning periodically and after severe weather
- Keeping proof of purchase and installation documentation when available
What Is Not Covered
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or issues caused by:
- Improper installation or unsupported mounting surfaces
- Incorrect fasteners, bracket placement, or wall structure
- Wind, storms, heavy rain, snow, ice, hail, or water pooling
- Leaving the awning open during unsafe weather or while unattended
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or improper storage
- Unauthorized modification, repair, cutting, painting, drilling, or alteration
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, fading, dirt, mildew, or environmental staining
- Damage during customer handling, moving, storage, or installation
- Electrical issues caused by improper wiring, power supply, or code violations
- Labor, removal, reinstallation, lift equipment, contractor fees, or travel costs unless expressly approved
- Commercial, rental, institutional, or high-exposure use outside approved product specifications
Fabric and Color Notes
Outdoor fabric may naturally change over time due to sun, weather, dirt, cleaning, and environmental exposure. Minor color variation between samples, screens, batches, and installed fabric may occur.
Fabric should be kept clean and allowed to dry before long-term retraction whenever possible.
Motor and Electrical Notes
Motorized components must be used with a suitable power source and installed according to applicable instructions and local electrical requirements. Electrical work should be performed or reviewed by a qualified electrician when required.
Power surges, water intrusion, incorrect wiring, improper connection, and unauthorized motor modifications may not be covered.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact BESITSOL with:
- Order number
- Purchaser name and shipping address
- Product model, size, and configuration
- Date of purchase and delivery
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos and video showing the issue
- Photos of the installation area, brackets, fasteners, and wall surface when relevant
- Proof of purchase
BESITSOL may request additional information before approving a claim.
Inspection and Resolution
BESITSOL will review the claim and determine the appropriate next step. Approved resolutions may include troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, repair support, replacement of an eligible component, or another remedy approved by BESITSOL.
BESITSOL may require defective parts to be returned for inspection. Do not discard any part until the claim is fully resolved.
If a returned part is found not to be defective or not covered, the customer may be responsible for shipping, inspection, or replacement costs.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BESITSOL's responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or another approved resolution for eligible products or components.
BESITSOL is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, labor, installation, removal, property damage, loss of use, or business interruption costs unless required by applicable law.
