OUTDOOR SHADING PRODUCTS Limited Warranty Policy

(1) Basic Warranty Information

• Warranty Coverage: This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser, is strictly non-transferable, and applies solely to products purchased directly on Besitsol's official website (www.besitsolblinds.com).
• Applicable Product Lines: This comprehensive framework covers all Besitsol outdoor shading solutions, including but not limited to Retractable Awnings, Roman Umbrellas (Cantilever Umbrellas), and related architectural shade structures.
• Warranty Period: The protection framework is structured across a tiered component matrix starting from the shipment date as verified by official logistics tracking records.
• Required Documentation: To successfully initiate a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation receipt, invoice, or official payment record) along with clear, high-resolution photographs and/or videos demonstrating the specified product issue or mechanical malfunction.

(2) Warranty Coverage Matrix

Provided that the product is installed strictly in accordance with Besitsol's official installation manuals and utilized exclusively for normal residential shading purposes, this limited warranty covers the following component issues within their respective timelines:

(3) Non-Warranty Coverage (Exclusions)

This limited warranty is strictly engineered to protect against manufacturing defects and specifically DOES NOT cover failures or structural damage arising from:

• Acts of God & Extreme Weather: Structural destruction or material failure caused by forces of nature exceeding standard design limits, including but not limited to: hurricanes, tornadoes, gales, heavy snow accumulation, hailstorms, lightning strikes, or severe atmospheric flooding.
• Negligent Wind Operation: Damage resulting from leaving the retractable awning extended or the Roman umbrella open/uncollapsed during high wind events, thunderstorms, or wind conditions that exceed specified product load ratings. (Note: All shading systems must be retracted or closed during adverse weather).
• Damage caused by improper DIY installation, faulty wall anchor mounting, insufficient base weighting (for umbrellas), structural movement of the supporting wall, or unauthorized mechanical modification.
• Normal wear and tear, superficial scuffs from mechanical cycles, minor gradual textile fading, or aging due to extended environmental exposure.
• Damage caused by excessive concentrated heat sources, industrial chemical exposure, acidic tree sap, corrosive bird droppings, or structural damage induced by children, pets, or pests.
• Products or electrical components that have been altered, re-wired, or modified in any format without explicit written authorization from Besitsol.

(4) Warranty Service Terms

• Resolution Options: Upon reviewing and validating a manufacturing defect through our engineering department, Besitsol reserves the exclusive right to provide replacement components free of charge, execute specialized repairs, issue a complete product replacement, or provide alternative equitable resolutions.
• Logistics, Duties, and Warehousing Allocation: Within the first (1st) year from the verified logistics shipment date, Besitsol will cover the standard shipping costs for approved warranty replacement components. Starting from the second (2nd) year through the remainder of the warranty period, while the replacement components themselves remain free of charge, the purchaser shall be held 100% responsible for all associated logistics expenses. This includes, but is not limited to: round-trip freight shipping fees, international/domestic customs duties, localized tariffs, import taxes, and warehousing or storage overhead incurred during the fulfillment of the claim.
• Discontinued Products: If a specific component or fabric model covered under this warranty is discontinued, Besitsol will supply an alternative component or substitute product that closely matches the original technical engineering specifications. For multi-item purchases, warranty service applies strictly to the individual defective item.
• Liability Limitations: This legal text supersedes all other written, verbal, or implied warranty commitments. Besitsol shall not be held liable for incidental, special, or consequential collateral damages (including but not limited to home construction damage, secondary property damage, professional installation labor overhead, or commercial loss of revenue) arising from product defects. (This limitation may be subject to variation based on state-specific legal requirements).
• Statutory Rights: This warranty grants you specific, defined legal rights. You may maintain additional consumer protection rights depending on the legislative regulations of your individual state or jurisdiction.
