Outdoor awning fabric color samples for BESITSOL shade planning

How to Choose Fabric Color for a Custom Outdoor Awning

Fabric is one of the most visible decisions on a custom awning. The right color should work with your exterior wall, window frames, paving, furniture, and the type of light your space receives during the day.

View fabric outside, not only on a screen

Digital color can shift across phones, monitors, and generated images. If the awning will sit near stone, stucco, brick, wood, or black-framed glass, compare physical samples outdoors before production whenever possible.

Performance matters as much as color

BESITSOL uses premium Spanish imported, 100% solution-dyed outdoor performance fabric. The fabric is designed for UV80+ protection, fade resistance, water repellency, and anti-mildew performance in outdoor shade applications.

Choose by mood and maintenance

Neutral tones feel architectural and calm. Deep green can blend into landscapes and hospitality settings. Striped fabrics create a more classic resort or cafe look. Lighter colors can keep the shade area feeling open, while darker fabrics create a stronger visual statement.

For best results, select fabric after reviewing your wall color, frame color, and the everyday use of the space.
