By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on the website, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or place an order.

Product Information & Custom Manufacturing Accuracy

BESITSOL works to provide accurate product information, images, technical specifications, pricing, and availability. However, product details may vary by series, configuration, production batch, screen display, or supplier update.

Images are for reference and may show optional accessories, example installations, lifestyle scenes, or configurations not included in every order. Always review the product page and order details before purchase.

Bespoke Dimensional Specifications: Because our shade structures are tailored precisely to individual architectural measurements, the Customer bears sole responsibility for verifying all submitted data (including width, projection target, wall conditions, and specific series selections). BESITSOL manufactures canopies according to high-precision engineering standards; we do not accept liability for fitting errors resulting from a measurement variance of any degree (including distinct technical specifications such as 1.85 inches, 1/8 inch, or 0.125 inches). To mitigate screen color discrepancies, Customers are strongly encouraged to order a complimentary BESITSOL Fabric Swatch Kit prior to fabrication.

Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation Window

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. BESITSOL may review, confirm, cancel, or refuse an order for reasons including product availability, pricing error, payment issue, shipping limitation, suspected fraud, or inability to confirm required order details.

The 24-Hour Production Lock: For all custom, bespoke, or made-to-order products, engineering blueprints are formally locked and submitted to our fabrication facility exactly 24 hours after order placement. Customers are granted a strict 24-hour penalty-free window from the time of purchase to cancel or modify order details. Beyond this 24-hour window, custom fabrication officially commences, and orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded under any circumstances.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in the store currency shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping, freight, duties, and other charges may apply depending on the order and delivery location. BESITSOL may correct pricing, product, or typographical errors where permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

Before ordering, customers are responsible for:

• Confirming exact on-site measurements and custom configuration choices.
• Reviewing product engineering specifications, weight constraints, and structural limitations.
• Confirming that the architectural installation location (brick, concrete, wood stud) is entirely suitable.
• Understanding freight delivery requirements, including heavy-truck curbside logistics.
• Arranging qualified, professional installation assistance when needed.
• Following product instructions, warnings, and comprehensive maintenance guidance.
• Using the awning safely and fully retracting it during unsafe or unpredictable weather conditions.

Installation Disclaimer

BESITSOL product information does not replace professional installation advice, engineering review, structural structural analysis, electrical work, or local building code compliance. For uncertain, elevated, or complex installations, consult a qualified general contractor, licensed installer, structural engineer, or certified electrician.

The customer and their contracted installer are entirely responsible for confirming wall substrate integrity, proper fastener selection, bracket placement load distribution, electrical supply requirements, city permits, and local building code compliance.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping, returns, cancellations, and warranty coverage are governed strictly by the respective policy documents posted on the BESITSOL website. Large products ship via specialized heavy-freight carriers. Customers must perform a comprehensive inspection of the shipping crate and its contents immediately at the time of delivery and strictly follow the Shipping & Delivery Policy if any transport damage or structural discrepancies are found.

As bespoke items cannot be resold, all custom-manufactured shading systems, modified components, used hardware, or structures altered post-delivery are entirely ineligible for return or exchange except where explicitly required by applicable law.

Safe Use & Extreme Weather Exclusions

Retractable awnings are designed strictly as solar protection devices. They are not permanent weather shelters or structural roofs. Customers must fully retract canopies during strong wind gusts, heavy rain, downpours, storms, snow accumulation, ice, hail, unsafe inclement weather, or whenever the property is left completely unattended.

Failure to utilize the product safely or retract it during atmospheric fluctuations constitutes operational neglect, voids warranty eligibility, and releases BESITSOL from any liabilities regarding subsequent property altercation or fabric tearing.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BESITSOL shall not be liable to any customer, homeowner, architect, landscape designer, or general contractor for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, loss-of-use, business interruption, project delay penalties, secondary labor fees, structural removal costs, or property damage arising out of website use, customized product purchase, field installation, operational misuse, supply chain shipping delays, or policy applications. In no event shall BESITSOL鈥檚 total cumulative liability exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product invoking the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold BESITSOL harmless from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, improper field installation, unsafe or negligent product use, or violation of applicable local laws.

Mandatory Technical Diagnosis & Dispute Resolution

Prior to initiating any payment disputes, credit card chargebacks, or formal legal claims with financial institutions, the Customer explicitly agrees to submit an official support inquiry to support@besitsolblinds.com. The Customer must follow our designated 3-Step Claim Process, providing high-resolution video and photographic evidence of the affected components and the original shipping materials for a formal technical diagnosis by our engineering team. Initiating an unauthorized financial dispute without first completing this official technical diagnostic protocol constitutes a direct breach of These Terms of Service.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, your access to this website, and all transactional relationships between you and BESITSOL shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any formal legal action or proceeding arising directly under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

Changes to These Terms

BESITSOL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted directly on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website or placement of subsequent orders following updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
