Made-to-Order Notice

Every BESITSOL awning is produced according to selected size, operation type, fabric, and configuration. Please confirm measurements, installation conditions, and customization details before the order moves into fabrication.

Shipping

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before the order moves into fabrication. Once production starts, cancellations or returns may be limited because the product is custom-built. For details, see our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Warranty support applies to eligible material or manufacturing issues under normal use and proper installation. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, extreme weather, unauthorized modification, or normal wear may not be covered.
