Returns & Cancellations Policy
Overview
Retractable awnings are large-format products, and many orders may be custom configured or made to order. Please review all measurements, colors, options, installation requirements, and delivery information before placing your order.
This policy explains when cancellations, returns, replacements, or other resolutions may apply.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status.
An order may be easier to cancel before processing, production, customization, packing, or shipment begins. Once an order has entered production, customization, packing, or freight pickup, cancellation may not be possible or may involve costs already incurred.
Contact BESITSOL as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom sizes, custom colors, made-to-order configurations, and special-order products are generally not returnable unless there is verified shipping damage, an eligible product defect, or another issue approved by BESITSOL.
Because custom awnings are prepared for a specific project, customers are responsible for confirming measurements, mounting conditions, color selection, operation type, and product compatibility before ordering.
Return Eligibility
A return may be considered only when the product is approved by BESITSOL and meets the applicable conditions.
Returned products generally must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In original condition
- In original packaging when possible
- Complete with all parts, manuals, hardware, and accessories
- Approved by BESITSOL before return shipment
Do not ship a product back without written return authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not returnable:
- Installed or used awnings
- Custom-sized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged by improper handling, storage, installation, or use
- Products damaged by wind, rain, snow, water pooling, or unsafe weather use
- Missing, modified, cut, drilled, painted, or altered parts
- Clearance, final-sale, or special-order items when marked as such
- Products returned without authorization
Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged, follow the Shipping & Delivery Policy:
- Inspect before signing.
- Note visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take clear photos.
- Keep all packaging.
- Contact BESITSOL promptly.
Shipping damage must be documented quickly so BESITSOL can review the issue with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping and Costs
Unless BESITSOL confirms that the issue is due to an eligible defect, shipping error, or approved damage claim, the customer may be responsible for return freight, packaging, insurance, restocking costs, and any damage that occurs during return transit.
Large awnings can be expensive to ship. Please confirm return instructions before arranging freight.
Refunds and Resolutions
After an approved return is received and inspected, BESITSOL will confirm whether a refund, replacement, part replacement, repair support, store credit, or other resolution applies.
Refunds, when approved, are generally issued to the original payment method. Original shipping, freight, handling, installation, labor, and service costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or specifically approved by BESITSOL.
Exchanges
Because many awnings are large or custom configured, direct exchanges may not be available. If you need a different size, fabric, model, or configuration, contact BESITSOL before placing a new order.
